Advantages of 4000L Brewery Equipment

  1. We can customize the equipment design based on your brewing method and beer types, allowing for brewing beer up to 33 Plato.
  2. All construction uses high-quality SUS 304 food-grade stainless steel. All pipes are SUS304, with a well-designed 3 mm inner shell and 2 mm outer shell.
  3. All tanks are equipped with specially designed jackets to ensure efficient heating and cooling. Both the cone top and shell bottom have sufficient jacket exchange areas.
  4. The headspace of our tanks is larger, and the total volume does not include the cover headspace.
  5. All tanks are 100% TIG welded, and the jackets are fully welded using water. The uniform dimpled cooling jacket ensures no leakage and provides a long lifespan. The welds are passivated.
  6. We perform overall mirror polishing, polishing the tanks 6 times to achieve a Ra 0.4um mirror finish. This allows for thorough cleaning without any dead ends.
  7. Jackets undergo a 12-hour air and water testing process. The jacket testing pressure is 5Bar, while the internal shell testing pressure is 4Bar. Additionally, we conduct a 48-hour water testing before packing.
  8. We have a strict quality control and process inspection system. All testing records are included in our data files, along with the tank’s shipping, checking list, and serial numbers for traceability.
  9. We insist on using high-end components for our tanks. These include chiller, exchanger, steam boiler, and Schneider/ABB electronics control systems, which are all from international brands to ensure quality and convenient after-sales service.
