The First Step: Malt Crushing
Equipment Used: Grain Miller.
Precautions: Adjust the gap before shutting down. During operation, please avoid putting your hands near the machine to prevent injuries.
The Second Step: Mashing
Equipment Used: Mash Tank.
Precautions: It can be used in conjunction with the control cabinet to set the temperature and duration, allowing for automatic control. Do not let it overheat or attempt to sample while stirring, only observe.
The Third Step: Malt Filtration
Equipment Used: Lauter Tank.
Precautions: Pump the wort into the lauter tank. After separating the spent grain and wort, discharge the spent grain from the side well of the cyclone separator. The wort is then pumped into the kettle for boiling.
The Fourth Step: Boiling the Malt and Adding Hops
Equipment Used: Kettle.
Precautions: It can be used in conjunction with the control cabinet to set the temperature and duration, allowing for automatic control. Do not let it overheat or attempt to sample while stirring, only observe.
The Fifth Step: Whirlpool
Equipment Used: Whirlpool Tank.
Precautions: It can be used in conjunction with the control cabinet to set the temperature and duration, allowing for automatic control. Do not let it overheat or attempt to sample while stirring, only observe.
The Sixth Step: Cooling
Equipment Used: Plate Heat Exchanger.
The wort is cooled using a plate heat exchanger. The wort passes through the heat exchanger to reach the fermentation temperature required for the process.
The Seventh Step: Fermentation
Equipment Used: Fermentation Tanks.
Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation tank and add yeast for fermentation.
