This 100L brewery equipment is specifically designed for craft brewers and home brewers. It is suitable for small brewers who have experience in simple home brewing and wish to transition into commercial brewing. Of course, it is also suitable for small-scale pilot brewing by large brewers. The 100L brewery equipment encompasses all the functions of a brewery brewing system. The Brewhouse consists of two vessels: a mash/later tun and a kettle whirlpool tank. Additionally, it is equipped with three fermentation tanks that come with cooling jackets and temperature controllers. The glycol cooling system includes a small ice water tank and a mini stainless steel cooling device. All equipment is installed on a shelf with wheels, making it very convenient to move.

- All construction utilizes high-quality SUS 304 food-grade stainless steel. All pipes are made of SUS304, with a perfect 3 mm inner shell and 2 mm outer shell.
- All tanks are equipped with specially designed jackets to ensure efficient heating and cooling. Both the cone top, and she’ll bottom have jackets, providing ample heat exchange area.
- The headspace of our tanks is much larger, and the total volume does not include the cover headspace.
- We use the 100% TIG welding process to weld the tanks. The jackets are fully welded using water, ensuring a uniform dimpled cooling jacket that is leak-free and long-lasting. The welds are also passivated.
- We utilize overall mirror polishing, polishing the tanks six times to achieve a Ra 0.4um mirror finish. This allows for 360° cleaning without any dead ends.
- We conduct jacket testing for 12 hours using both air and water. The jacket testing pressure is 5Bar, while the internal shell testing pressure is 4Bar. Additionally, before packing, we conduct a 48-hour water testing.
- We have a strict quality control and process inspection system. All testing records are recorded in our data log along with the tanks’ shipping information. This allows for easy tracking using the checking list and serial numbers.
- We insist on using high-end components for our tanks, such as chiller, exchanger, steam boiler, and Schneider/ABB electronics control systems. All of these components utilize international brands to ensure quality and convenient after-sales service.
