Mill System
After each pulverization, clean the contaminants on the pulverizer.
During the entire crushing process, if contaminants are attached to the crusher, it needs to be crushed after cleaning.
Mashing System
When home brewing, pay attention to the water flow on the surface of the home heating pipe or home heating wall;
When filtration is difficult, loosen the particle layer, start the agitator, and activate the stirring device when not filtering.
Wort pump: It is not feasible to repeatedly turn the pump on and off as it can damage the motor. After brewing is complete, promptly clean any external residue. Avoid contact with hard objects that may damage the tank’s outer wall when there is a lot of dust.
Improve the clarity of the wort, making it clear and transparent, reducing malt pollution in the beer, enhancing beer quality, and improving its taste.
Fermentation System
During the fermentation process, pay attention to the pressure requirements of the fermentation vessel and refrain from forcing the program.
When the temperature drops, ice may form on the inner wall.
Maintain the fermentation equipment annually to avoid operational mistakes and container damage.
Regularly clean the outer wall of the fermentation container, and clean the outer wall after each process.
Regular pickling is necessary to remove beer stones from storage tanks.
Cooling System
When using the medium temperature machine, do not excessively lower the temperature of the ice water. Keep it within a reasonable range.
Take appropriate protective measures for prolonged refrigerator operation.
Control System
The initial voltage should be within the normal range, and the voltage should not be too high. Promptly replace any damaged electrical appliances.
Keep the control cabinet separate and completely dry.
It is recommended to install cooling fans and vents in the control cabinet.
Routine equipment and operating units require daily cleaning to maintain tank cleanliness. Instruments and meters should be regularly checked and the control system should be regularly maintained.
